Creamy and cheesy, this Buffalo Chicken Dip is wildly delicious and EASY to make in minutes.
If you’re looking for a quick and easy hot dip to satisfy a hungry crowd, Buffalo Chicken Dip with Red peppers has got you covered. It’s piping hot out of the oven and ready to serve in about 30 minutes. And with ingredients like shredded chicken, wing sauce, ranch dressing and mozzarella cheese, its got to be good!
Let me tell ya, this has to be the easiest party dip I’ve ever thrown down. All the ingredients are mixed in the pan, then the whole thing is popped in the oven. My favorite skillet to use is this enamel coated cast iron pan that I got as a gift. It really holds onto the heat and is easy to clean up. Talk about nice and it’s taken my cooking up a notch! But rest assured, any oven and broiler-safe skillet will work just fine.

ARE HOT SAUCE AND BUFFALO WING SAUCE THE SAME THING?
They are similar, but different. Rather than just plain old hot sauce, this Buffalo Chicken Dip with Red Peppers recipe calls for Buffalo Wing Sauce to make it extra creamy. The difference between regular hot sauce and wing sauce is the butter or butter flavor that’s in the buffalo wing sauce. Because of this, buffalo wing sauce has a creamier consistency and the heat is not quite as intense as regular hot sauce.
